Prepare a file for its destination
For an image, decide whether you need smaller dimensions or a smaller file before choosing a tool. A smaller file is not always a sharper image. Keep your original and compare the exported result.
Choose a workflow, not a file upload queue
For subtitles, check timing and text in the editor before exporting the format your player supports. Large media and document tasks depend on your browser memory; start with a small sample.
